UToledo researchers finish two projects on Lake Erie algal blooms

Three University of Toledo researchers completed two projects under the Ohio Department of Higher Education’s Harmful Algal Bloom Research Initiative, covering both the impact of blooms and how to mitigate them. Lake Erie water quality is one of the few research areas where Toledo is unambiguously the center of the field.
